Stephen Christopher, Principal, Industrial Design & Human Factors, Johnson & Johnson

With a vast portfolio, and work in every phase of product development, from portfolio planning and new experience exploration to ideation, production and user interface development, Steve’s approach to design relies on the end-to-end product development process including research, ideation, 3D refinement, production liaising and end user experience.

This close involvement in the design process ensures the overall vision and final product is not lost in any stage of development. Positively impacting people’s lives thru the creation of innovative products and experiences is what drives his passion as a designer.

Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Steve had senior design positions at TUO Design, Aruliden, Microsoft and Minimal. He graduated from Philadelphia University and Rochester Institute of Technology.
