Formally Design Director, Hewlett Packard, John led the design functions in nine geographies with five principal international and national design studios comprised of 160+ employees world-wide. The team defined and delivered end-to-end customer experiences and solutions, which included design solutions in hardware, software and the web businesses.
John has held positions leading design organizations in Compaq Computers and Tandem Computers. He formed and led three different design consultancies providing design consulting services for companies such as AT&T, Olivetti and Sony.
John has been recognized with numerous patents and top design awards world-wide and his work is in the permanent collection at the Munich National Design Museum. He is a graduate of the University of California at Long Beach, is married and has 2 sons.
