Will Carey,  Principal/Founder, FORMATION

Formation puts design at the heart of what we do, pushing the limits of what’s possible and imagining new ways of doing things for a sustainable world. We transform people’s everyday experiences, designing great products that people love, while being kind to the planet.

Founded by Will Carey, a designer with over 20 years experience working within various in-house design teams and design consultancies.

As Executive Design Director of IDEO Palo Alto, Will led the growth of the product portfolio working with various innovation labs in Silicon Valley. As Head of Design at Logitech Gaming, Will led the formation of the first in-house design team for the gaming group, and as part of the leadership team he worked closely with the CDO to shape Logitech’s position as a design-led company.

Will studied in London, receiving an MA in Design Interactions from the Royal College of Art, and a BA in Product Design from Central St Martins College of Art and Design.
