Rhea is a Visual Experience Designer specializing in data visualization, information design, and research-driven visual storytelling. At Advantage, she leads the development of integrated visual design systems across branding, digital marketing, and web experiences for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Recent awards include: the Spark Design Awards Silver; International Design Awards Bronze Winner; GDUSA and the Indigo Design Awards Gold Winner

She is the Data Visualization Society Mentor, selected to mentor emerging designers within the global Data Visualization Society community, supporting professionals in developing narrative visualization techniques and design approaches. Rhea graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a M.A. Graphic Design and Visual Experience and the Unitedworld Institute of Design Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication Design.
