Pam is an award-winning designer with extensive consulting and corporate experience in healthcare, systems design, strategic innovation, and design management.  Currently, she is consulting with start-up Avoa Health in the definition of their client experience.

Previously, Pam built Experience Design functions at Ascension Health and Humana, overseeing their Strategic Design portfolios and leading teams in the development of end-to-end experiences and systems of solutions.  Prior to her time in healthcare, she drove compelling business value for Whirlpool, Procter & Gamble, and leading consultancies Doblin and IDEO.  Her client list included global brands Microsoft, Philips, Eli Lilly, McDonalds, and Pepsi.

Pam has spoken at national and international forums on design-related topics and guest lectured at Stanford’s d-school and IIT’s Institute of Design.  She’s especially passionate about mentoring students because of their fresh perspective and shared enthusiasm for the field.
