Kevin leads the global team behind the Ethos Design System, a unified platform serving healthcare products across imaging, monitoring, and clinical workflows worldwide.

His work building design infrastructure at enterprise scale has been recognized with Design Management Institute and many other awards. A named inventor on multiple granted patents with 14 filed, Kevin works across systems thinking, clinical precision, and emerging AI-driven design strategy, shaping how these tools accelerate the delivery of cohesive healthcare experiences at scale.

Previously, Kevin led the analog-to-digital transformation of Hollywood’s post-production pipeline, partnering with major studios including Disney and Warner Bros. Outside of work, he is a wildlife photographer whose visual storytelling practice continues to inform his approach to design leadership.
