Daniel Marquez, Principal Product Designer, HP
Daniel leads initiatives that support the adoption, enablement, and evolution of the HP Veneer Design System across a global organization. His work focuses on improving product consistency, increasing team efficiency, and enabling scalable design practices across distributed teams.

He brings deep experience designing across complex digital and physical ecosystems, including HP’s 3D Printing platforms, defining system-level interaction models that connect hardware and software into cohesive product experiences.

Daniel specializes in scaling design systems through advocacy, community engagement, and research-driven insights that support effective usage and continuous improvement. His work translates user needs into actionable system enhancements that inform design system evolution.

His work has been recognized with  multiple international design awards, including a UX Design Award (2025) for the HP Veneer Design System.

Daniel has additional experience includes design leadership roles at Western Digital and Pacific Communications (Allergan), shaping global product experiences, brand systems, and award-winning digital work.
