Xeno is a communication and navigation system designed through the perspective of users who are in the most need, hearing impaired passengers in airports. It is a system that consists of personalized communication and navigation to enable a stress-free experience while traveling through the airport. The system includes beacons placed throughout the airport, an interactive smart floor that can locate and communicate with passengers, and an optional phone app. This system benefits all passengers as well as airlines and airports as it creates a pleasant experience for passengers and boosts efficiency for the airport.
