The BMW Motorrad Concept 101 is a concept study which reflects the philosophy of ‘American touring’. This BMW Motorrad model evokes the feeling of endless highways and the dream of freedom and independence. It presents the epitome of elegance, power and luxury. Its low silhouette with a consistent line flow, high front with integrated double circular headlamps and unusual rear light cluster with two wing-like LED bands provide this model with a dynamic appeal and promises a thrilling riding experience. The interaction between different high-quality materials such as brushed aluminium combined with carbon, milled wood and black leather reflects this model’s elegance and refinement. Tailpipes on both sides, each with three outlets, are a visual reference to the six-cylinder engine and its supreme performance. The study is the result of a co-operation between BMW Motorrad and Roland Sands Design.
