Nudo pastabar is the first restaurant in a new series of sustainable fast-casual eateries located in the heart of Munich. The logo and its corporate identity were developed according to nudo’s philosophy of transparency (nudo is Italian and means “naked”) and sustainability in order to offer a place in an urban environment where everyone can temporarily slow down during their busy lives. This important aspect is reflected in the brand’s symbolic comma – a separation mark in the context of syntax, after which the reader stops for a quick moment, and takes his breath to continue reading shortly after. The iconic element of the comma is complemented with individual hand drawn or stamped illustrations on environmental friendly materials.
