Designed to take the premium passenger experience to an unprecedented level of luxury, Boeing’s First Class Integrated Suite Window Shade is the first and largest window shade of its kind. An enhancement to the common First Class suite, the design sets a new industry standard for luxury commercial travel window shades. Spanning three windows, the shade opens and closes, or deploys a sheer-shade that eloquently filters the light, with the simple touch of a button. Easily accessible controls are also integrated into the existing flight attendant cabin control system to improve ease of use for the commercial crew. Integrated colored LED lights that allow for dynamic custom lighting scenes wash light onto the window reveals, reflecting the operator’s brand while further enhancing the ambiance of the cabin. Certified and flying on Boeing’s 777, this new automated window shade brings a VIP business jet experience to the First Class flying public. The sheer shade allows the passenger and cabin to connect with the light outside, while integrated colored LED lighting allows the airlines to align window shade color with the time of flight.
