LISA SULLIVAN Lisa has been a leader in communications for over fifteen years, and a good friend to our projects. She began her career as a designer, specializing in corporate identities and brands for major internationally-based organizations and firms. Lisa has pursued a dream of bringing the skills, expertise, and standards of high-end agency work to the public sector. As Publications Director for the leading peer review journal on design of the public realm, PLACES, Lisa has spearheaded several innovative projects, including the archival of over two decades of content on the web. She is a partner in Sullivan + Ruther, writers and editors. Lisa received a Masters of Architecture from UC Berkeley where she was a fellow of the American Association of University Women and a National Endowment for the Humanities Mayors' Institute Scholar.
