Cory Grosser, Principal, cory grosser design

Cory designs from the unique vantage point of an American designer with a global perspective. In 2001, he founded his studio in Los Angeles and began serving clients across several disciplines including furniture and product design, textile design, brand strategy and architecture. As a multi-disciplinary designer, brand strategist, and educator, his client list includes major multi-national corporations and leading boutique brands. One of only a few American designers collaborating with top European design companies and implementing design strategies for large corporations, he's been quickly elevated to international acclaim.

Cory’s work has been featured in design publications worldwide, including the covers of several magazines. Surface Magazine named him one of the top avant garde designers in America and The Wall Street Journal proclaimed him one of the designers "most likely to become a household name.” Grosser is active in design education and currently teaches advanced design studios at the prestigious Art Center College of Design, in Pasadena CA. He has served as a judge in several design competitions including the selection committee for the 2008 Salone Satellite and the 2007 Bombay Sapphire Designer Glass competition. Grosser’s lecture "Positive Design: The Emotional Power of Beauty" has been delivered internationally. Born in Rochester, NY in 1975, Grosser holds an architecture degree with honors from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an industrial design degree with honors from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.
