TANIA ALDOUS, US DESIGN DIRECTOR, WHIRLPOOL CORPORATION

At Whirlpool Corporation, Tania's role entails design leadership and portfolio management and for the worlds’ leading appliance marketer and manufacturer. Originally from Melbourne, Australia Tania has applied a global perspective to a diversity of recognizable brands through her career including KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Jennair, Maytag, Gladiator, Swatch, and the Sydney Olympics as a designer and design leader.

She has been a speaker at regional and international conferences with a focus on linking brand design and business results. Tania has 20+ design patents, and holds two degrees from Monash University, Australia, Bach. of Technology (Design), and Bach. of Technology (Industrial Design Honors). She is passionate about using design and design thinking as a core business tool to drive shareholder value and build brands of choice.
