HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY

SPECIAL NOTE: If you/we have issues during your entry process--don't worry. We assure you  of your early-entry status if you register and pay fees through the weekend.

The Spark Entry System is simple and safe. First, please fill out your basic information HERE.  Then you will confirm your data and reach the fee payment section. The last step will be uploading your designs to Spark for the Phase I Judging. Submissions will be three (3) images, 5" x 5" (12.7cm x 12.7cm) 72 dpi, JPG ONLY. Also your company, designer or design's name and appropriate link and the mission statement or description--up to 500 words. The pix dimensions are approximate, depending on format (square, rectangular, etc.) and height may vary. However, width should be 5' (12.7 cm). No large files please.

Only Candidates chosen by the Phase I Jury will have the opportunity to compete in Phase II.

Plan carefully so that your design entries are uploaded by the August 1, 2008 deadline.

There is an extended Phase I deadline-- August 25, at an additional charge of $50 per entry, if you have difficulty making the early deadline. Please try to have your designs uploaded as soon as possible. No entries or refunds after the deadlines.

Phase II Challenger candidates will be announced beginning August 25. Challengers--please send your work in before the September 5 deadline. Please-- enter promptly. Late entries are an enormous burden to competition administration.
