Hi Folks!

Sorry we've been a little quiet lately. The last week of October was pretty hectic, receiving entries, inventorying everything, unboxing, organizing, jurying, curating the long-term exhibit, re-boxing and getting our Sparks off to China.

Oh--and putting on a very sweet Celebration of the 2009 winners. Even with the Bay Bridge shut off for repairs, we had a good turnout, including Ravi from RKS, Yves from Fuse, Sam from HP, Kit from Studio Hinrichs and many more good solid designers who make up the true "creative stimulus" of the community.

Still much to do to wrap up, but now we're back in our NY HQ, dreaming up great new ideas for 2010.

With your help, this was a successful awards cycle, with quite wonderful designs on display from all over the planet. In spite of all the gloomy fiscal realities, Spark experienced substantial growth this year.
